Premises were completed in 2022. The outer walls are made of local stone, harmoniously integrating with the natural setting.

High quality, environment-friendly materials have been used, both indoors and outdoors. It comprises two residencies, each with its own private entrance. the PETRA 2 lodge sits on the first floor while the PETRA 1 lodge takes up second floor.

Each residency features autonomous cooling and heating, solar boiler, satellite TV and free WiFi accessible across the premises.

Rooms are bright and spacious, with elegant decoration and furniture, mainly out of wood. They all feature a balcony with sea and beach views. Their kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary amenities and a dishwasher. Their bathrooms come with washing machine.
